Katie Matteson - Executive Director
Katie serves as Executive Director for the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce, a position she started on interim basis in May 2008 after serving on the Chamber's Board of Directors for several years.
Matteson worked as co-founder and publisher of the East Troy Times newspaper for 10 years before selling the business to Southern Lakes Newspapers LLC in August 2008, making it possible for her to take on the Executive Director position full time in September 2008.
She's been involved with the Chamber and its member businesses for 25 years, applying her experience as public relations and advertising consultant/owner of PR Plus Graphic Design and editor of the East Troy News. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Mass Communication-Public Relations.

Patti Friedl - Administrative Assistant
Patti Friedl has served as the Administrative Assistant for the East Troy Area Chamber of Commerce since September 2007.
Friedl brings several years of high-level administrative and financial experience with Corporate Executives and Medical Physicians. She served as a liaison for the National Committee for Quality Assurance, Office of the Commissioner of Insurance and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, as well as a Board Member for the Credentialing Committee Board of Directors.
